 This form is submitted electronically.  There is no need to print it.  Within two working days of the receipt of your registration a Tax Invoice for payment of the appropriate amount will be sent to you by email.  If you do not receive a Tax Invoice within this time frame please email the Conference Organisation at lewis.jim.h@edumail.vic.gov.au  in order that any problem can be resolved.

As far as possible all contact with participants regarding this conference will be by email.  This will include Tax Invoices, Receipts and information about such matters as allocation to workshops and accommodation and a final list of participants.  No predictions can be made as to when these messages will be sent.  Naturally it is advisable that they are sent to an email account which is accessed daily or almost daily.  For participants from Victorian Government schools the email address to which such messages are sent will be, by default, that of the school.  If you wish the messages to be sent to your personal EduMail account then please send a separate message to Lewis, Jim H from the EduMail Global Address List or lewis.jim.h@edumail.vic.gov.au requesting that messages be sent to your personal account.

There are four accommodation options:

Accommodation has been organised at or close to the Rich River Golf Club.  The cost against each option includes registration fee, meals and accommodation.  Allocation to accommodation will be made in order of receipt of registrations and is subject to availability.

Single Accommodation – Sunday night - $355 (includes $32.27 GST)
Share Accommodation – Sunday night - $280 (includes $25.45 GST)

(Two or three people sharing a single room)

Accommodation in a Suite with shared bathroom – Sunday night - $300 (includes $27.27 GST)

(Suites have two rooms with a shared bathroom.  Suites accommodate three or four people)

No accommodation – Registration and meals only - $220 (includes $20 GST)
